The purpose of the awards ceremony is pretty self explanatory, to honor women who have greatly contributed to society within the past year. The list of the women honored that night include celebs like Zendaya Coleman, Gwen Stefani, Simone Biles, and Ashley Graham. Here were some of the best dressed guests of the night. Model and Victoria’s Secret Angel, Chanel Iman attended the event in a silver sequin dress with a high neck and cut outs at the sides. Model Ashley Graham arrived in a white sheer jumpsuit, with a body suit as the lining of the garment. The jumpsuit has a high neckline and detailed embellishment from head to toe. Gwen Stefani stunned every body in a fairy tale like gown. The bodice is peplum and also has an ombre effect as the color of the garment progresses from a dusty rose to black, and then back to rose. The neck line is a halter top that wraps around the neck while leaving her stomach exposed. Zendaya wowed everybody as usual with a white collared dress with shear rose colored sleeves with 3-D flower petals adorning them. Her hair was pulled back neatly so it was out of her face. Zendaya wore strapped heels that matched the color of her dress. Jenna Dewan Tatum was dressed up in an emerald green dress with a high neck, a belt at the waist and a slit at the front of the dress. Tracee Ellis Ross looked stunning in a metallic red dress with a plunging neckline. She pulled her hair back so all the attention would be on her beautiful outfit. Model and actress, Cara Delevigne attended the event in a black lace dress with sheer cutouts that appeared throughout the garment. Cara incorporated a pop of color into her look by wearing dark red lipstick and a choker of the same color. Olympian Simone Biles was at the event in a color blocked cobalt blue and black midi length dress. The neckline of the dress appears to be a halter, which allows Simone to show off her strong arms. Keke Palmer’s outfit for the night was very Wednesday Addams. The black mini dress has gold buttons going down the front and on the front pockets and had a large white collar and white cuffs to match. The actress also rocked a pixie cut for the night to make the look even more sleek. Gabourey Sidibe showed up to the event in an evergreen dress. To add some flair to her look she wore a gold statement necklace. Amber Heard wore an off the shoulder, pale pink dress. Lace appears to be incorporated into the sleeves and skirt of the dress. Amber’s dress also has cutouts at the waist and across the thighs which draw the eyes toward the middle of the dress. Anna Wintour attended the event as well. The Vogue Editor in Chief arrived in a rust colored dress, the perfect color for fall. Girl Meets World star, Rowan Blanchard was at the event in a baby pink silk dress. The fit and sleeves of this dress give off vintage vibes. Rowan paired the dress with a graphic Miu Miu purse and dark violet suede heels to add her own quirky flair. Freida Pinto attended the event in a strapless nude and white dress. The bodice and neckline consist of lace detailing, while the skirt consists and nude and black beading that has been arranged to create an ombre effect.
