iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016 hearts Pant Suits Paige Owens April 9, 2016 Fashion, Music 331 Tweet Share Share Email WhatsAppShares 0 While country music sweethearts Miranda Lambert, who rocked a sexy as hell post-divorce yellow gown, and Kimberly Perry hit the CMA Awards Red Carpet in Las Vegas, the best of the best in the music industry were in attendance in California for the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards. This year’s iHeartRadio Music Awards was hosted by singer Jason Derulo and welcomed the most daring styles down the Red Carpet. Among the most trending styles that we saw this year on the Red Carpet was the emergence of funky jumpsuits and sexy pant suits. Taylor Swift, always dressed to kill, made out like a bandit winning four iHeartRadio Music Awards including Female Artist of the Year while rocking a skin-tight jumpsuit that had many calling her a sexy kitten on the Red Carpet. Despite putting SEX in SEXY and showing off her hips that don’t lie (Tay-Tay where have those been hiding?!), she shared her Red Carpet moments and table with boyfriend Calvin Harris, who walked away with the award of Best Dance Artist of the Year, and bestie Selena Gomez, who snagged the award for Triple Threat as a singer/actor/dancer. Selena’s bold orange jumpsuit, although less revealing than Swiftie’s look, had photographers doing a double take to get a second glance at her wild, long locks and her sophisticated take on the jumpsuit look. The real MVP on this year’s iHeartRadio Red Carpet was unsurprisingly punk pop queen Demi Lovato. Demi’s dark lips and tailored Alexander McQueen pant suit not only made her the Boss of the Red Carpet, but also won my vote for Best Dressed. Her geometric, black and white blazer, long dress pants, and coffin cut nails had her standing out amongst the bold colored jumpsuits that streaked the Red Carpet. Although Demi stole my vote for Best Dressed this year at the iHeartRadio Music Awards, there was a long list of contenders who also pushed the limits of fashion and Red Carpet worthy looks. Zendaya wore a sophisticated and sexy, red velvet pant suit showing off the perfect amount of skin, while Iliza Shlesinger stunned in a mesh top and leather combined jumpsuit; both celebs worth recognizing for their adventurous style jump away from glamorous gowns and cocktail dresses.
