The final installment of “The Maze Runner” is set to hit theaters in a few weeks as the last installment of author James Dashner’s fiction series. In this final chapter, Thomas is forced to lead his group to their most dangerous destination that the characters have seen. This is one of the last film franchises of its kind, first, we saw adaptations like “Harry Potter,” “Twilight,” “The Hunger Games,” and many more, this is a type of film though that has worked little production in recent years. It will be interesting to see how “The Maze Runner: The Death Cure” fairs at the box office this January, given that author adaptations aren’t in such high demand anymore.

Han Solo finally gets his moment to shine. “solo: a Star Wars story is the comes after it’s  first stand-alone prologue anthology “Rouge one” and is the next narrative for fans and filmgoers alike. “Solo: A Star Wars Story” derives from a screenplay written by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan uncovering the adventures of a young Han Solo who is being played by Alden Ehrenreich of 2016’s “Hail, Caesar!”

The first half of the films premiering in 2018 look to be continuations for Franchises like “The Maze Runner,  “Fifty Shades of Grey,” Marvel’s “Avengers,” and Disney’s “Star Wars” with just a few stand-alone the films to release in the opening months of 2018.
