Love, today, seems so temporary. Couples aren’t couples long, relationships don’t last, and marriages can’t stand the test of time.

These days it’s hard to keep the same love interest. At least, that’s how love is being portrayed. Celebrities seem to have it really hard. They have very little privacy with the world watching out for their next move. There is little room for error and a lot of pressure on the love lives for most celebrities.

Consider Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill’s relationship. The relationship was doomed from the start. There was turmoil at the beginning of the couple’s relationship between Meek Mill and Nicki’s ex Safari. Shortly after, Meek Mill started a feud with Nicki’s close friend and label mate Drake, causing the silent treatment among the label mates. While Meek Mill continued to heat up rap beef controversy with other rappers, it looks like he should’ve put that effort into his relationship. Fans weren’t surprised that these two most recently called it quits.

Then there’s the break-up of the once power couple, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The couple shocked many when they decided to call it quits after their 12-year relationship. How could America’s dream couple give up so easily? Or not! The unity wasn’t promising in the beginning. Over a decade ago the two fell in love and while that seems like the beginning of a beautiful love story, Pitt was married to Jennifer Anniston. There you have a recipe for disaster. However, fans got over it and became soft on the two. Now six children later, the couple calls it quits.

WOW! See the Pattern?

While celebrities struggle to hold it together, the same is true for most ordinary couples. What seems obvious is to start out fresh with no past discretions hanging over your relationship. Love is everywhere but you can’t get it from just anywhere.
